Abstract
Paraplegia after coronary artery bypass surgery is an uncommon complication. We describe a patient who experienced huge cervical disc herniation with myelopathy, presenting as paraplegia due to neck extension during coronary artery bypass grafting under general anesthesia, and discuss the cause of paraplegia.
